The house

This newly built waterfront home accommodates up to nine guests and has 4.5 bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan living and dining area overlook the water. The living room has a sectional sofa and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, cooking essentials and an island with seating.

Outside, the expansive deck has multiple sitting areas, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, a gas fire pit and an outdoor fireplace. Guests have direct access to a private beach and ample parking. The primary suite has a private waterfront deck. A dedicated den provides a television and work-from-home station, while the finished lower level has an additional sofa and living area.

The home provides air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, hot water and fitness equipment. Town, beaches and restaurants are nearby, and some local attractions are walkable.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
