The house

The approximately 2,500-square-foot home has open living, dining and kitchen space with water views, a large den, an office and a secondary galley space. Views extend across Little Peconic Bay toward the North Fork and Hamptons coastline.

Three bedrooms are on the first/main floor: one with a queen bed and closet, one with a double/full bed, and one with a sofa bed and twin/single bed. The lower-level bedroom has a king bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. A full bathroom with shower and tub and a half bathroom are on the main floor; a second full bathroom with shower is on the lower level.

Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, indoor/outdoor Sonos, fitness equipment including weights and a stretching/yoga mat, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath and beach towels, and a hair dryer are provided.

Outdoor areas include a covered porch, cedar deck, patio, balcony, multiple seating areas, patio table and umbrella, gas grill, fire pit and outdoor shower. A private staircase with 120 steps leads directly down to the beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
