House rules
Dogs are welcome for CHF 45 per dog per day; dogs are not allowed in the restaurants except on the Marguita terrace. A requested extra bed for a third guest is available from the double-room category for a guest aged three or older, costs CHF 120 per night, and is limited to three guests per room. Baby cots are available on request for children up to three years old. Breakfast is not included as standard and costs CHF 52 per person; booking options may include or exclude breakfast. A free cancellation is available until noon, 24 hours before arrival; later cancellation or no-show incurs charges. Longer cancellation periods may apply on some dates and are shown in the reservation confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested but depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
Getting there
The hotel is in central Zurich, directly on the shore of Lake Zurich and within a private park. Bahnhofstrasse, Bürkliplatz and the historic Old Town are a few steps away. Room and suite views, including lake or Alpine views, depend on the category and location.
