When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Dogs cost CHF 45 per dog per day. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants except on the Marguita terrace.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included as standard and costs CHF 52 per person. Booking options may include or exclude breakfast.
Can an extra bed be added?
From the double-room category, an extra bed can be requested for a third guest aged three or older. It costs CHF 120 per night and the maximum is three guests per room.
Are baby cots available?
Baby cots are available on request for children up to three years old.
Are connecting rooms available?
Selected rooms and suites can be connected. Up to seven rooms and suites can be combined in selected categories.
