House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are prohibited. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Additional guests require express approval; a fee of $200.00 per person per night may be required. Events require express approval; an event fee of $10,000.00 may be required. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during one stay require prior written host approval; additional fees or an increased security deposit may apply. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. The homeowner may arrange property showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to use reasonable daytime hours. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.

Getting there

Private Hudson River water access is reached by strolling down through the grounds. The house is not handicap accessible. The backyard and pool are not fenced. Outdoor furniture and equipment may be unavailable outside Memorial Day to Labor Day; inquire before booking. Spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
