The townhome accommodates up to 10 guests in three bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. It has a private entrance, lagoon views, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, coffee makers and an air fryer, an indoor fireplace, an outdoor BBQ with utensils, smart TVs with YouTube Live, family games, a high chair and a Pack 'n Play. Complimentary paddleboards are provided. A dryer, ceiling fans and a carbon monoxide detector are available.
Community facilities include six pickleball courts, two resort pools and three hot tubs. Recreation equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site.
