House rules
No smoking. No pets. Be respectful and courteous when using the shared lagoon beach access gate. Use only designated, completed roads and pathways and stay away from active construction. RVs, trailers and boats using the designated paid lot require advance registration; the fee is $15 per vehicle per stay.
Getting there
There are no bedrooms on the main floor. The home is one of three adjoining residences with shared walls and separate private entrances. Direct lagoon beach access uses a gate shared by Units B and C, reached through Unit B's patio. Nearby construction is ongoing in Desert Color; use only designated, completed roads and pathways and avoid active construction areas. Zion National Park is 54 miles away, Tuacahn Amphitheatre 15 miles, STG Airport 10 miles, Crush Golf + Grill 1 mile, Sand Hollow 20 miles, Sun River Golf Club 3 miles and Jellystone Adventure Park 22 miles.
