Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. The property is exclusively available to one renter for a full 30-day period; the full monthly charge applies regardless of nights stayed, with no prorating. Keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning is operating. A utility fee or deposit applies to stays of 21 to 30 days or longer. Optional pool heating costs $250 plus GE tax per day. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
Direct access to a swimmable oceanfront cove just beyond the lawn. A car is necessary. Honolulu’s restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions are a short drive away. Hanauma Bay is approximately 20 minutes away; Pearl Harbor Historic Sites are approximately 25 minutes away.
