The house

The estate has tropical gardens, a reflection pond, and a circular drive anchored by a banyan tree. The great room features vaulted open-beam ceilings, retractable walls and ocean views. A separate family room, game room with pool table, and multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas provide space to gather.

The equipped kitchen has a large island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, plus an espresso machine, wine fridge, ice maker, blender, rice cooker and mixer. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, jacuzzi, shaded cabana, BBQ, private yard and beachfront lawn. Beach towels are provided, and beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.

The primary and second ocean-view bedrooms each have a king bed, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, lanai access and an ensuite with a separate shower, jetted tub and double sinks. The third upstairs bedroom has a king bed, central air conditioning, ceiling fan and shower-only ensuite. The fourth downstairs bedroom has a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, wet bar, central air conditioning, ceiling fan and shower-only ensuite. Additional facilities include a pool bathroom and powder room.

A private gym, ocean-view office with dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, television and audio entertainment are available. The property has security cameras and offers self check-in and check-out. Children are welcome.

The cove beyond the lawn offers direct access for swimming, snorkeling and shoreline walks. Honolulu’s restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions are a short drive away. Hanauma Bay is approximately 20 minutes away and Pearl Harbor Historic Sites approximately 25 minutes away. The home is offered exclusively to one renter for a full 30-day period, with no prorated monthly charge.
