Before you book
House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Christmas and New Year's stays require a minimum of 10 nights. All guests must complete resort registration before arrival. Mandatory registration fees are $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4–12, and complimentary for children under 4, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are excluded from accommodation charges. The security deposit equals one night's stay. Bookings remain subject to final owner confirmation. Concierge services are arranged separately.
Getting there
Minitas Beach is 0.5 mile away. One four-seater golf cart is included. Access to resort facilities requires resort registration; golf courses require advance tee times.
