The house

An indoor garden with water features and a Buddha statue sits at the center of the villa. The high-ceilinged living room overlooks greenery, and wooden floors continue into the indoor dining area. A thatched-roof dining pavilion provides a second gathering space beside the pool. The contemporary kitchen connects to the open living layout and includes a dishwasher and kitchen basics. A BBQ and lanai/balcony are also available.

The private pool is surrounded by loungers, umbrellas, shaded seating and thatched-roof cabanas. Bedrooms are distributed across the villa. The primary bedroom has a private courtyard and a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub and outdoor shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has pool access, garden views and an ensuite with a double vanity and shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has high ceilings, natural light and an ensuite with a jacuzzi tub and outdoor shower.

Guest Bedroom 4 has an ensuite with a glass sink and storage. Guest Bedroom 5 has a seating area and an ensuite with dual vanity spaces. Guest Bedroom 6 has direct bathroom access with dual vanity spaces. Guest Bedroom 7 has outdoor access, seating and an adjacent full bathroom. There are seven full bathrooms and a separate powder room.

A housekeeper, chef and waiter are included, along with one four-seater golf cart. Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, satellite or cable TV, a speaker system, safe, hair dryer, toiletries and household supplies. Concierge arrangements are separate and can include airport transfers, private travel, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, arrival assistance, tours, excursions, dining reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

Minitas Beach is 0.5 mile away. The Marina, Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.2 miles away; the Tennis Center is 2.3 miles away, the Shooting Center 2.9 miles and Altos de Chavon 3.6 miles. Resort registration provides an ID card for access to Minitas Beach, the main hotel pool, equestrian and shooting centers, tennis courts, spa, fitness center, golf courses with advance tee times and Central Romana Medical Center services.
