House rules
A $100 deposit is required for each room. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival avoid penalties; later cancellations before check-in are charged. No-shows are billed for the duration of the stay. Substitutions for the same number of reserved days are accepted without penalties. Pets are not allowed.
Getting there
Kim Sha Beach is steps from the hotel. Princess Juliana International Airport is a few minutes’ drive away. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available for daily rental.
