What amenities are included in the suites?
Suites have fully equipped kitchens, complimentary Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed.
Is an airport shuttle available?
Airport transfers are available for a fee, subject to availability. Request the service when booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid penalties. Later cancellations before check-in are charged. A $100 deposit is required for each room.
Can guests rent a car at the hotel?
Tropicana Car Rental is on-site, and hotel guests receive a 10% discount.
