House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, a surcharge of 80€ applies to cover extra domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in case of non-responsible use. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor in a building with a lift. It is in a nightlife area with bars and restaurants open until late. Baixa/Chiado metro station is a five-minute walk away, and a number 28 tram stop is very close to the building.
