The first-floor apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and dining area, and one bathroom with a shower. The building has a lift.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. Internet, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.
Fado houses, bars, restaurants, viewpoints, monuments, churches and plazas are nearby. A number 28 tram stop is very close to the building, and Baixa/Chiado metro station is a five-minute walk away. Taxis are readily available nearby.
