House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is eight guests. The lead guest named on the booking must be at least 25 years old. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The reservation holder must remain present for the entire stay. Palm Springs requires the full names of all staying guests and all vehicle license plate numbers before arrival. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days, and extensions of an existing stay require assistance from the Guest Experience team.
