The house

Enter through a blue gate on landscaped grounds into a renovated, single-story home with colorful furnishings. A few steps separate the living space, which has two couches, an armchair and a 70-inch Smart TV. A second sitting area has four club chairs and a wet bar with three stools. The dining area has a gas fireplace and a round table seating eight. The fully equipped kitchen includes Samsung appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

Sliding glass doors from the kitchen and living space open to a walled backyard with palm trees and views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Outdoors are a private pool, sitting spa, chaise lounges, a shaded four-seat table and a grill. A paver path leads to another patio with hedges, a three-seat table and a wicker loveseat.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, glass slider and a private bathroom with a shower. Three guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom in total. A washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, on-site parking and a garage are available. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided. The home has a private entrance, bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.
