House rules
Four guests sleep in the bedrooms; two additional guests can use the living-room sofa bed, for a maximum of six. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs €90 per stay. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the apartment properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit.
