The house

The apartment accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, with space for two additional guests on the living-room sofa bed. The main bedroom has a double bed, direct terrace access and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a separate bathroom has a shower.

The living and dining area has a Smart TV, air conditioning, a sofa bed and a dining table. The independent kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.

The terrace has views toward La Calzada beach and Doñana National Park. The apartment is in a building with immediate neighbours. Free garage parking accommodates two cars. There is no swimming pool.

Playa de la Calzada is 0.35 km away, and the town centre is 2.8 km away, with shops, wine cellars and tapas bars. Doñana National Park is 20 minutes away by car. Check-in starts at 16:00 and checkout is by 10:00. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A 200.00 EUR damage deposit and mandatory final cleaning at €90 per stay apply. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the apartment tidy; otherwise €90 is deducted from the security deposit.
