Pets, parties, festivals and events are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors, including at the window; smoke outside. A penalty of 150€ is deducted from the deposit for any tobacco smell inside the accommodation. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time. Standard arrival and departure times apply; early check-in or late check-out may be offered for an additional fee, subject to availability and cleaning readiness, with the option shown during check-in. Free cancellation is available up to 42 days before check-in. Champagne bottles and other decorative accessories shown in photographs are not included.
