The house

The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a living room with a convertible double sofa bed for two, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Towels and bed linen are included and professionally laundered. Professional housekeeping and cleaning and disinfection before and after each stay are provided.

Facilities include air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, an HDTV, a hair dryer, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and coffee and tea-making equipment, a washing machine and a drying rack. Paid parking is available on site.

Restaurants and a small grocery shop are 100 metres away, a bakery is 150 metres away, the town hall is 400 metres away and the railway station is 850 metres away. Épernay is accessible via the A4 or A26 motorway and has free and paid public parking. Its railway station has TER connections to Reims and Châlons-en-Champagne; regional coach services also serve the city. Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly are the nearest airports, with onward train travel to Épernay.

Self check-in starts at 17:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early arrival or late departure may be available for an additional fee, depending on readiness and availability. Extra services include luggage storage, a private driver, children's equipment and activities. Champagne bottles and other decorative accessories shown in photographs are staging items and are not included.
