The home has water views from almost every room, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and approximately 2,590 square feet of space. The living room has a 17-foot-high ceiling and a usable gas fireplace with bay/ocean views. Bedding, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.
The renovated, fully equipped kitchen includes a Viking refrigerator, Asko dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes and silverware. Central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, hair dryer and ironing equipment are available.
Outdoor facilities include a heated saltwater pool, upgraded outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, a patio with a table, chairs and umbrella, and a gas grill. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. A kayak, beach chairs and beach cart are available for guest use.
Shinnecock Bay is half a block away. Cooper’s Beach and Southampton shops and restaurants are 10 minutes away; Hampton Bay stores, a movie theater and Meschutt Beach are five minutes away. Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
