House rules
Maximum occupancy is 28 guests. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Additional cleaning is arranged and charged for stays greater than 30 nights. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from an InvitedHome team member and are subject to availability.
Getting there
The home has direct park access and is steps from restaurant row in downtown Aspen. The mountains are a short stroll away. A maximum of two cars is permitted at the property.
