The house

Aspen Street Lodge has 26,200 square feet of space, 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Bedrooms One through Seven each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Eight has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms Nine and Ten have bunk and trundle sleeping arrangements and ensuite bathrooms.

Living spaces include a game room, a home theater, a fireplace and three large terraces. Recreation facilities include foosball, table tennis and shuffleboard, along with a private heated rooftop pool and hot tub. The home has mountain views, direct park access and ski storage. An elevator is available.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. There is a dining table, a barbecue area, a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to two cars. Bed linens, towels and bathroom essentials are provided.

Included services comprise twice-daily housekeeping, concierge services and pre-arrival planning, a welcome toast with light bites, fresh daily cookies and a stocked lobby refuel station. Electric cruisers, mountain bikes and a paddleboard are available for guest use from spring through fall. Lodge-car transportation for activities and around town is available during standard business hours.

The downtown location is steps from restaurant row, with dining, shopping, arts and culture nearby and the mountains a short stroll away.
