Maximum occupancy is 14. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are prohibited under all circumstances due to a homeowner allergy. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared. Reservation confirmation requires an electronic signature on the Terms and Conditions. A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Reservations exceeding eight days require a scheduled In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer require additional scheduled cleaning and payment. Packages and ski gear cannot be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for arrangements. An initial payment of 50% is due upon booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day cutoff refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable.

Getting there

The in-town ski bus stops across the road, with service to town and the gondola every 10 minutes. Downtown Vail is a 10-minute bike ride away in summer. Parking is limited to three outdoor spaces, with no indoor parking.
