The house

The 3,871-square-foot home has six bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Sleeping arrangements comprise one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, two bedrooms with three twin beds each, and one bedroom with two twin beds. The layout accommodates multiple families.

The kitchen has marble countertops, a kitchen island, cooking equipment, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus a drip coffee maker, toaster and tea kettle. A dining table, living room, theater room, game room, foosball, games, smart TV and stereo provide shared gathering spaces. Other facilities include a hot tub, mountain views, a balcony or patio, a grill, boot warmers, heating, a washer and dryer, and a desk/workspace. Bed linens, towels and basic bathroom supplies are provided.

The home is minutes from downtown Vail Village. The ski bus stops across the road and serves town and the gondola every 10 minutes. In summer, downtown is a 10-minute bike ride away, with hiking and biking trails nearby.
