Maximum occupancy is 18. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Final homeowner approval and an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions are required to confirm a reservation. A $35,000 refundable security deposit is required at booking; a separate $5,600.00 credit-card preauthorization is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines available in the Guest Portal after booking. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the team's local address is available upon request for $25/package or $50 for larger items. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable. The initial payment is 50% of the reservation total, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day cutoff refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow levels, weather and resort operations. A funicular provides access to the ski chalet and Simba run. Lionshead and Vail Village are walkable. Parking is limited to three cars.
