The house

The 15,000-square-foot estate spans multiple levels and has eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Bedrooms include three king rooms, three queen rooms, a twin room and a bunk room with two captain bunks. One king bedroom is in the mother-in-law suite.

Facilities include a private heated pool, hot tub, gym, elevator, fireplace and mountain views. Outdoor areas include multiple lounging levels, a balcony, uncovered patio, garden or backyard and grill. A funicular connects to the ski chalet and Simba run. Lionshead and Vail Village are walkable; ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, kitchen island, drip coffee maker and espresso machine. There is a dining table, washer, dryer, Smart TV, heating and free Wi-Fi. Bed linens, towels, toiletries and cleaning are included. Free parking and a garage are available, with a maximum of three cars. Long-term stays are allowed.
