House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Up to two dogs require final approval; pet cleaning costs $150 per animal and pet rental costs $50/night per animal, with non-refundable fees added after approval. Notify InvitedHome when booking about pets, emotional support animals or service animals and submit details for approval. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local team address is available upon request for $25/package or $50 for larger items. All guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines available in the Guest Portal after booking. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member, subject to availability.

Getting there

The home spans three floors. Lionshead, Vail Village and ski access are walkable via Forest Road. The home is on a bus route. Parking is limited to two cars. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
