The house

Ascension Chalet is a 3,400-square-foot home with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms across three floors. The top-floor living room has a fireplace and valley views, alongside a balcony and a wrap-around kitchen with breakfast-bar seating for four. The home also has a patio, a private entrance and a private living room.

The main bedroom on the top floor has a king bed. Two guest bedrooms on the middle floor each have a queen bed; Bedroom Two has an ensuite shower. The first-floor bunk room has two captain's bunks, each twin over queen, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen island, cookware, dishes, silverware, spices, a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine. A dining table, washer, dryer, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, heating and hot water are provided. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, and an iron and ironing board are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Walk down Forest Road toward Lionshead or Vail Village for town and ski access. The home is on a bus route, and free parking is limited to two cars. Long-term stays are allowed. A member of the InvitedHome team provides a meet-and-greet.
