Before you book
House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Final homeowner approval and electronic acceptance of the terms and conditions are required to confirm a reservation. Half of the total is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. For stays exceeding 30 nights, additional cleaning will be arranged and payment processed. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. Cancellations after full payment are non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.
Getting there
The condo is on the third floor. A maximum of two cars is permitted at the property.
