The house

Arts District West Suite 302 is a 2,203-square-foot, third-floor condo with mountain views. Its open-plan living area has a fireplace and television, with a dining table and an equipped kitchen. The patio has a private hot tub and built-in grill.

Three bedrooms each have a king bed, and the fourth has a queen bed; all four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo and a hair dryer are provided. The home also has a bathtub, iron and ironing board, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

The property accommodates a maximum of two cars. Guests must be over 31 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and pets are not permitted. Reservations require final homeowner approval and electronic acceptance of the terms and conditions.
