The house

The home sits on a private block near Southampton and Hampton Bays. Its open-plan interior includes multiple sitting and dining areas, a fireplace, and a kitchen with appliances, a microwave and a coffee maker. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a designated work-from-home space and a workout area are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Outside, an expansive deck has a gas barbecue, outdoor dining and several sitting areas. There is a spacious yard, an outdoor shower and ample free parking. The backyard is fenced; the private heated pool is not fenced.

The main-floor sleeping room has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and streaming TV. Upstairs sleeping rooms contain two twin beds, a queen bed with TV, and another queen bed. Each has air conditioning and a standard closet. Bathroom facilities include a main-floor full bathroom with shower and tub, two upstairs full bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a shower/tub combination—and a main-floor half bathroom.

Southampton and Hampton Bays beaches, including Coopers Beach, are a short drive away. Nearby attractions include Shinnecock Hills Golf Club and Agawam Lake Park. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
