The house

The home sits on a private block and has an open-plan living and dining area, a fireplace, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker, a sunroom and a finished lower level. Outdoors are a yard, deck and patio, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, a fire pit and multiple seating areas.

Five bedrooms contain two queen beds, two king beds and two twin beds. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedrooms 1 and 5 have ensuite bathrooms; bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 5 have streaming TVs. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom: two shower bathrooms on the main floor, a half bathroom on the lower level, and two upstairs bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination and one with a separate shower and tub.

Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi throughout the home, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Free parking is available. Southampton restaurants, shops and art galleries are minutes away, and the coastline is a short drive away.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program.
