House rules

Maximum occupancy is 14. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Up to two dogs require final approval; pet cleaning costs $150 per animal and pet rental costs $50/night per animal, both non-refundable and added after approval. Submit animal details in writing at booking. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $25/package and $50 for larger items. Guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines supplied in the Guest Portal after booking. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require scheduling and payment for an In-Stay Refresh. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late check-out require written authorization from a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.

Getting there

The home has six levels with 5–6 stairs between each level and may not suit guests with limited mobility. Dial-a-Ride offers a short on-demand shuttle ride to the slopes. Skiing back to the home is suitable for advanced or expert skiers. Parking is limited to four cars. The home is for sale; showings may occur during reservations, with 24 hours' notice if possible.
