The house

The 3,700-square-foot townhome has five full bathrooms, mountain views, a private hot tub, a fire pit and a balcony or patio. Indoor facilities include a private living room, fireplace, wood stove, dining table, television, smart TV, cable or satellite TV, stereo, books and games. Sonos music can be played individually in each room.

The kitchen includes an island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, toaster and standard drip coffee maker. A grill and BBQ area are available. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels, hair dryer and toiletries are provided. Heating, hot water, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available.

Sleeping options include two king guest rooms, a split-king guest room, a queen guest room, a twin guest room and a bunk room with a bunk and twin, plus a sofa bed in the common area. The first-level guest bedroom can be configured as a king or two twins; request the arrangement at booking. Ski storage and boot heaters are available.

Dial-a-Ride provides access to the lifts, with a short on-demand shuttle ride to the slopes. Advanced or expert skiers can ski back to the home. The home spans six levels with stairs between them. Long-term stays are allowed. The home is for sale and showings may occur during stays, with 24 hours' notice if possible.
