House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is six: four guests plus up to two extra guests, with one extra guest accommodated in each bedroom. Children are welcome. Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Keep noise mild and within the villa, respecting neighbours; louder music is permitted only within limits and during specific hours. Events and film, photo or advertisement shoots require home owner approval. Event pool access also requires approval. Depending on the event, a refundable deposit and additional charges may apply. Guests must obtain other required event or shoot permissions. Event meals may be arranged at an additional per-person, per-day cost. All optional experiences require advance booking and confirmation and are subject to availability.
Getting there
Both bedrooms are on the first floor. Connecting roads are good; check road and weather conditions before travelling. The home is two hours from Mumbai.
