Is parking available onsite or nearby?
Free parking is available onsite.
Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specific hours. Respect neighbours and keep noise mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the villa good?
Connecting roads are good. Check road and weather conditions before leaving.
Can I reserve the villa for an event or film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Events and shoots require home owner approval, including approval for pool access. A refundable deposit and additional charges may apply depending on requirements. Meals can be arranged at an additional per-person, per-day cost. Loud music is restricted to certain hours, and guests must obtain any other required permissions.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 75% refund applies for cancellation up to 15 days before check-in, before 1 PM; a 50% refund applies for cancellation up to seven days before check-in, before 1 PM. Cancellation within seven days of check-in receives no refund.
What optional experiences are available?
Starting charges are: karaoke setup ₹5,000 one time; candle light dinner setup for two ₹2,000 one time; room decoration ₹3,500 one time; celebration decoration ₹5,000 one time; garden or poolside breakfast setup for two ₹2,500 one time; picnic for two ₹2,000 one time; live artist or live events ₹15,000 one time; traditional meal ₹999 per person, per plate; match screening or movie nights with small bites ₹6,500 one time; floating breakfast setup ₹2,000 one time. A separate candle light dinner setup is offered starting at ₹1,000 one time. Outdoor picnic setup and DIY yoga with mats provided are complimentary. All experiences require prior booking and confirmation and are subject to availability. Experience images are representative, and delivery may differ.
