House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours, with guests asked to keep noise mild and within the villa. Events and shoots require homeowner approval. Up to 16 people can stay overnight. Events may require a refundable deposit and additional charges. Guests must obtain any other permissions required for photo shoots or functions. Pets are subject to a pet contract.
