Can I book only one or two rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Are meals provided onsite?
Meals are provided onsite at additional charges. Guests are requested to pay for meals before check-in. Tea and coffee are served during breakfast and afternoon tea; service at other times has an additional charge.
Is loud music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are described as good. Guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before travelling.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Yes, subject to homeowner approval. Meals can be arranged at additional cost. Overnight accommodation is limited to 16 people, pool access requires homeowner approval, and additional charges or a refundable deposit may apply.
