Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from €20 to €40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations.
Getting there
The entrance is on the first floor, and the apartment extends over three levels connected by stairs. The sea and Rossana Maiorca cycle path are a few steps away. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is an hour’s drive away.
