The apartment has its entrance on the first floor and extends over three levels. The entrance level contains a living area with a double sofa bed, dining table and equipped open-plan kitchen, plus a small toilet with a WC and sink. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, kettle, oven and refrigerator.
Stairs from the living room lead to the second level, with a queen-size bedroom and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower. A hairdryer is provided. On the top level, a laundry room leads to a sea-view terrace furnished with a dining table, outdoor sofas and a coffee table. Air conditioning and heat-pump heating are available.
