Apartment Valentina is a budget accommodation in a residential area, just 250 m from the beautiful Lake Zell. Here you can swim in the best water quality, do all kinds of water sports and enjoy the spectacular landscape taking strolls around the lake.
The highlight of this accommodation is a private beach area on the lake, with a cozy little beach bar/restaurant, which may be used exclusively by the guests of this building.
The accommodation consists of two separate living units with separate entrances, which are not on the same floor and are not connected to each other.
(Ski) bus stop approx. 250 m from the house. The ski bus with free transport runs at regular intervals and takes you to the center of Zell am See and the cityXpress ski lift in just 5 minutes.
Room layout:
Apt-1: 1-Bedroom Apartment on the ground floor consisting of: - living-dining-area with a 2x sleeper couches and access onto a small balcony - 1 bedroom with double-bed - a small kitchenette - bathroom with a small bath and stand-in shower - separate toilet
Apt-2: Separate attic room with a slanted roof which is 1.5 meters high at the lowest point. There is no window as such in this room but a roof hatch that can be opened. This room is located outside Apartment-1 and up the building's communal stairway on the first floor: - Room with double bed, shower and toilet + some equipment to prepare small meals
Parking: On-site parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for all residents. No permanent reservations exist. If all spaces are occupied, please use the nearby public, mostly paid parking facilities.
Please note as well that a surcharge for intermediate cleaning may apply.
