The two living units have separate entrances, are on different floors, and are not connected. Apt-2 is reached via the building's communal stairway and has a slanted roof with a lowest point of 1.5 meters and a roof hatch rather than a conventional window. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. An intermediate-cleaning surcharge may apply.
Getting there
Lake Zell is approximately 200–250 m away. The property has a private beach area on the lake that may be used exclusively by guests of this building. A ski-bus stop is approximately 250 m away; the free ski bus reaches central Zell am See and the CityXpress ski lift in about 5 minutes.
