The house has four bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms and an upstairs powder room. There are two living rooms: the main lounge upstairs and a downstairs lounge with a sofa, two beanbags, TV and Xbox. Three Smart TVs require guests' own subscriptions. Other features include a soundbar, books, electronic blinds in the main lounge, a gas BBQ, hammock, EV charger, outdoor patio with seating, small garden, and front and rear balconies. The upstairs office nook overlooks the coast from Apollo Bay Harbour to Cape Patton.
The upstairs kitchen and dining area include a walk-in pantry, full-sized fridge/freezer, electric oven, convection stove, microwave and dishwasher.
