No smoking or parties. Schoolies, hens and bucks parties are prohibited. Pets must be supervised or kept on a lead. The upstairs foldout sofa is described as sleeping two additional guests, but do not assume permission to exceed the advertised nine-guest limit; confirm with the operator. Getting there
The house is slightly elevated at the end of Scenic Drive. The beach is a seven-minute walk away; shops and the patrolled swimming beach are a 15-minute walk away. Marriners Lookout is 3 km away. Living, dining, kitchen and office areas are upstairs. The garden is not gated, and pets can access the street. Bedroom 4 is described as a tri-bunk, but the bedding widget lists a single bed plus a bunk bed; confirm the physical arrangement. Total bed count remains unconfirmed.
