The renovated house sleeps six across three bedrooms, with two queen beds and two single beds. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and toilet; the other two bedrooms on the second level share the main bathroom and a separate toilet. An upstairs deck has an outdoor table and electric BBQ. The front and back yards are fenced, with three dog beds and a dog door provided. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and cooktop.
Linen is provided. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Recreation facilities include a downstairs pool table, puzzles, toys and games, plus books, DVDs, magazines, a TV and DVD player. Additional amenities include a bathtub, hair dryer, iron, hot water and smoke detector. Floors are laminated, with tiled bathroom floors. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.
