- Air conditioning
- A large reverse-cycle air-conditioning unit provides heating and cooling. An additional heater is downstairs in the pool-table room, and the queen beds have electric blankets. The upstairs wood-fire heater is not usable.
- Wi-Fi
- Free NBN Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided.
- Workspace
- A desk and standard lamp are on the landing, away from the main living area.
- Parking
- Three car spaces and free on-premises parking are provided. A standard power point in the garage may be used to charge an electric vehicle; it is not a dedicated EV charger.
- Pets allowed
- Pets are welcome inside and outside. Three dog beds and a dog door are provided, and both the front and back yards are fenced.
- Kitchen
- The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric oven, cooktop and toaster.
- Washing machine
- A washing machine and dryer are provided in the laundry.

InternetFree NBN Wi-Fi is provided.
