House rules
No pets or parties. Smoking is prohibited indoors; smoking is permitted in outdoor spaces. Evidence of a smoking-rule breach may result in a minimum penalty of €200. Treat the private residence with care. The seasonal rental contract must be signed before check-in instructions can be released; failure to sign results in cancellation without a refund. Complete the online arrival form with guest details and expected arrival time. Early arrival is available on request. Late arrival may incur an additional charge. Additional cleaning or bed linen costs extra. Extra keys are subject to availability; lost keys incur a charge based on replacement-copy cost. Free cancellation is offered up to five days before check-in.
Getting there
Medium-term rental only; tourist stays are not permitted. A seasonal rental contract must be signed online before arrival, and the reason for the stay must be provided. Turia Garden is a few minutes’ walk away.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at book.guestready.com.
