The house

The apartment accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms: two with a bunk bed each and two with a double bed each. Both bathrooms have a toilet and shower. Bright interiors feature high ceilings, large windows, a living area and a master bedroom with built-in wardrobes. Guests have access to the entire accommodation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, work areas, a washing machine and a hair dryer are provided. The private patio offers space for outdoor breakfasts, meals and relaxation. Towels and bed linen are included, together with starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, dishwashing products and rubbish bags. Additional cleaning and bed linen are available for an extra charge.

The apartment is near Gran Vía Marqués del Túria and Colón Market, with restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Turia Garden is a few minutes’ walk away. Ruzafa, the historic centre and main shopping areas can be explored without transport.
